28.01.2008 Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) published amendments to the SFBC Money Laundering Ordinance, which was adopted by the Commission in December 2007 with the purpose to implement the Recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in the banking sector. These amendments will come into effect on July 1, 2008.
